SMS Nonwoven Machine for protective clothes

The total power capacity of new design SMS nonwoven machine is about 700 KVA, and practical amount is about 500 KVA. The main voltage is three-phase, four-wire 380 v, and frequency is 50 Hz. The water consumption for circulating cooling of the Sms composite nonwoven line series is not large. The circulating amount is90 m³/hour (0.25～0.35 MPA when the temperature is25℃) and the water replenishing capacity is2 m³/hour.

The SMSpolypropylene spun-bonded nonwoven product line consists of two spunbond dies and one meltblown die , extruding machine, melt filter, measuring pump, refrigerator, winding machine and so on. These main components of the SMS nonwoven machine are manufactured by professional factory in Changzhou, Shanghai or Wuhan. Also, the rest part of the SMS composite nonwoven fabric line is manufactured by our selves since our company has a large number of professional engineers and technicians.

Production capacity and energy consumption:

For product which product weight is 30g/㎡, width is 1.6m, the capacity is around 6000 KG/day;

For product which product weight is 60g/㎡, width is 1.6m, the capacity is around 8000 KG/day.

SMS power consumption is around 500 KVH/ton-800 KVH/ton, and real energy consumption is decided by specifications of the product.
