  Product Description Hot cold pack is made of CMC, Glycerine, Water and coated with PVC bag or Nylon bag.  It can be used for hot compress and cold compress. Hot use: alleviate rheumatic pain, neural pain, sciatica, vertebral pain, improve mucous membrane scar after surgery. Cold use: fever cooling, headache, toothache, bruise and so on.   Usage: Hot: put the pack in to the microwave about 30 seconds, then take it out to shake the pack, then put it in for another  20 seconds.
